Frequently asked questions
Screenprinting falls into 2 categories: Pre-Prints & Custom. Below are our minimums.
The pricing in our catalog includes one of our “pre-print” designs from our collection that we “customize” with your name drop and icon printed with one placement on the garments of your choosing. We have a 36 piece minimum and will print additional placements for $.50/placement.
Custom Print Designs
We also offer “custom” printing using your own unique design. We have a 36 piece minimum on all custom designs that are 3 colors or less and a 72 piece minimum on designs using 4 or more colors. We have an “in house” design staff to help your with your logo. Art, film, and screens are charged on all new designs. Use the pricing in our catalog for the printed garment price. Additional placements are charged at $.50/placement.
We have a 36 piece minimum and additional placements will be charged based on size. We require 12 pieces per thread color way for embroidery and 24 pieces per thread color for applique designs. All orders must be in multiples of 6 to accommodate the machines. There are no set up fees for a pre-print embroidery design.
Turn Around Time
Most orders take about 10 days to complete from the date the artwork is approved. The speed of the art approval process depends on the kind of direction our art department receives. Ordering a Yesterdays stock design is quickest. Custom jobs must first be quoted by the art department before any work begins. Giving the art department clear direction and print ready art, if available, factor in to an order's turnaround time.
Reorders go through the shop quickly, depending on availability of goods. Garments featured in our printed catalogs are inventoried in tremendous quantities. Special order items take longer as they are not ordered until the art is approved and turnaround time from that point depends on how quickly we can get them from the suppliers.
If you have a dated event or need goods before a major holiday, please give us enough lead time. We can offer you a firm ship date depending on how booked production is. If you need an order rushed, we are happy to do so but will need to see the order and art first before we can quote you a production date.

For example in a men's order you can have tanks, sweatshirts, and t-shirts all in the same order. Black, navy, mix and match all you want.
